Law Enforcement Torch Run Program
OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. TO ENTER: Once you receive your Law Enforcement Torch Run Members Card, simply visit the web site located at www.ontario.torchrun.org and register your Torch Run Members Card. For no purchase entry, write your name, address, age, e-mail address, ten digit day and evening telephone numbers on a postcard and mail it to Torch Run Card Registration Contest 115 Apple Creek Blvd., Suite 204, Markham, ON L3R 6C9. Limit of one entry per person. Entries received on-line shall be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Illegible entries, bulk drop-offs, mechanical reproductions or facsimile entries are ineligible. Each entry must be sent separately and must bear sufficient pre paid postage if sent through the postal service.

  2. GRAND PRIZE: There is one (1) Grand Prize consisting of a 2005 YAMAHA V-Star 650 Classic – High style and high value including all standard equipment. Approximate retail value $10,000. Winner will be responsible for all applicable taxes, registration, license, insurance and dealer costs. Prize must be accepted as awarded, and will be delivered to a YAMAHA dealership nearest winner’s residence. .
  3. OTHER PRIZE(s):
    1. First Class ocean vacation for four (4) to Nova Scotia aboard Via Rails Canadian. (Approximate value $8,000).
    2. Personal Backyard Putting Green from Southwest Greens (Canada).

  4. THE DRAWS: Monthly random draws will be made at the Head Office of Global Access Rewards Inc, in Markham, Ontario. Year-end “Grand Prize” Giveaway from eligible entries will be drawn the first week of January 2006. All entries received after December 15, 2005 will not be entered into the draw. Selected entrants will be notified by telephone or mail within ten business days from all draw dates. Winners will be required to sign a standard declaration and release form confirming compliance with the sweepstakes rules, acceptance of the prizes as awarded and releasing Global Access Rewards Inc., and Yamaha Canada, their officers, employees and agencies from any liability from awarding the Grand Prize. The declaration and release form must be returned to Global Access Rewards Inc. within 14 days of receipt or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected by random draw. The chances of being selected are dependent on the total number of Global Access Rewards/Law Enforcement Torch Run members and entries received. Global Access Rewards Inc. takes no responsibility for lost, misdirected, delayed, illegible or incomplete ballots.

    By entering this sweepstake, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the judges. All entries become the property of Global Access Rewards Inc., and entrants agree to receive other printed or on-line marketing offers from Global Access Rewards Inc.

  5. GENERAL RULES:
      To enter and to be eligible to win the Grand Prize, a person must have reached the age of majority and be a resident of Canada.

      To enter and to be eligible to win all other prizes, a person must have reached the age of majority in his/her province/state or country of residence. Employees of Global Access Rewards Inc., Yamaha Canada, members of their boards of directors and members of their immediate families are not eligible. By entering the contest, entrants consent to all of the foregoing, these General Rules and to the use of their names and/or photographs in any publicity carried out by Global Access Rewards Inc. or Yamaha Canada.

      To win a prize in Global Access Rewards “Members’ Sweepstakes”,the selected entrant must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill testing question during a pre-arranged telephone interview.

      Only original entries will be eligible to win. Those that are copied, altered, defaced or obtained from unauthorized sources, will be void. All entry submissions are subject to verification. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable. No substitutions or cash in lieu.

      Any litigation from residents of the Province of Quebec respecting the conduct of this contest and the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Regis des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Quebec. This offer is void where prohibited and subject to all Federal, Provincial, State and Municipal laws.

      No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
